彩色多普勒超声在糖尿病下肢动脉病变中的诊断价值

The Value of color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of diabetic arterial Disease of lower Extremity.

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDU)在糖尿病下肢动脉病变(LEADDP)中的诊断价值。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月在联勤保障部队第九八八医院治疗的LEADDP患者60例作为观察组,选取同期于本院进行健康体检的人群60例作为对照组,均采用CDU检查,比较两组检查参数、下肢动脉血流速度、下肢动脉病变(LEAD)发生情况。结果观察组足背动脉内径(R)、股总动脉每分钟血流(BFV)、腘动脉BFV、足背动脉BFV较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组股总动脉、腘动脉、足背动脉血流速度较对照组更慢,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组斑块、血管狭窄、血管堵塞发生率较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CDU在LEADDP中具有较高的诊断价值,能够有效检测出股总动脉、腘动脉、足背动脉的R、BFV及下肢动脉血流速度,反映LEAD情况,为临床对患者的进一步治疗提供重要依据。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasonography(CDU)in diabetic arterial disease of lower extremity(LEADDP).Methods A total of 60 LEADDP patients who were treated in the 988th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 60 patients who were undergone physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.All were used CDU inspection.The examination parameters,lower extremity arterial blood flow velocity and the occurrence of lower extremity arterial disease(LEAD)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the internal diameter(R)of dorsalis pedis artery,blood flow velocity per minute of common femoral artery,BFV of popliteal artery and BFV of dorsalis pedis artery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The blood flow velocities of femoral artery,popliteal artery and dorsalis pedis artery in the observation group were slower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of plaque,stenosis and occlusion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CDU has high diagnostic value in LEADDP,which can effectively detect the R,BFV of the common femoral artery,popliteal artery,and dorsal pedis artery and lower extremity arterial blood flow velocity,reflect the LEAD situation and provide an important basis for further clinical treatment of patients.
