交互分析模式为基础的团体心理干预在老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察以交互分析模式为基础的团体心理干预在老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院2020年1月至2020年6月93例老年糖尿病患者进行研究,按随机数字表法以患者入院顺序分组,对照组46例采取常规护理,观察组47例在对照组常规护理基础采取交互分析模式为基础的团体心理干预。比较两组患者干预前后健康素养、心理状态、自我管理能力、自我效能感。结果干预前两组改善健康意愿、信息获取能力、交流互动能力、经济支持意愿评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但干预后两组改善健康意愿、信息获取能力、交流互动能力、经济支持意愿评分高于干预前;且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组HAMA评分、HAMD评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组自我管理能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组自我管理能力高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组慢性病自我效能感量表(SECD-6)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组SECD-6评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者以交互分析模式的团体心理护理模式进行干预后,不仅能提升患者的健康素养和自我管理能力,且能改善患者自我效能感和负性心理状态。 Objective To observe the effect of group psychological intervention based on interaction analysis model in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 93 elderly patients with diabetes in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to June 2020 were selected for this study.Patients were divided into groups according to the order of admission according to the random number table method.46 cases in the control group were given routine care,and 47 cases in the observation group were given interactive analysis mode based group psychological intervention on the basis of routine care in the control group.Health literacy,psychological state,self-management ability and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of health intention,information acquisition ability,communication and interaction ability,and economic support intention between the two groups(P>0.05),but after intervention,the scores of health intention,information acquisition ability,communication and interaction ability,and economic support intention between the two groups were higher than before intervention.Observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).HAMA and HAMD scores in the two groups after intervention were lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in self-management ability between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the self-management ability of the two groups was higher than before,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of chronic Disease Self-efficacy Scale(SECD-6)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The SECD-6 score of the two groups after intervention was higher than before,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the intervention of group psychological nursing with interactive analysis mode,the elderly patients with diabetes can not only improve their health literacy and self-management ability,but also improve their self-efficacy and negative psychological state.
