赫林现象及其对先天性上睑下垂矫正术的影响

Hering′s Phenomenon and Its Influence on Correction of Congenital Blepharoptosis

赫林现象是上睑下垂的重要体征之一,表现为一侧眼睑下垂引起对侧眼睑位置抬高,眉毛的位置变化也与赫林现象有关。赫林现象基于复杂的神经反射通路,给上睑下垂的术后对称性带来巨大挑战。赫林现象对于先天性上睑下垂手术方案的设计十分重要,尤其对于轻、中度患者,术前应注意赫林现象的存在。目前单独针对赫林现象与先天性上睑下垂的研究较少,其发生机制也缺乏系统全面的描述,同时手术方案和时机的选择也尚未达成共识,因此,未来应针对先天性上睑下垂患者赫林现象的发生机制和不同手术策略的效果展开更系统深入的研究。

Hering′s phenomenon is one of the important signs of blepharoptosis,which is manifested with the elevation of the contralateral eyelid caused by one side of blepharoptosis.The change of eyebrow position is also related to Hering′s phenomenon.This phenomenon bases on the complex neural reflex pathways and brings a great challenge to the postoperative symmetry of blepharoptosis.Hering′s phenomenon plays an important role for the design of surgical plans for congenital ptosis,especially for mild and moderate patients.We should be aware of the existence of Hering′s phenomenon before operation.There are few studies on Hering′s phenomenon in congenital blepharoptosis and these studies are heterogeneous and need to be further studied.The mechanism of Hering′s phenomenon is also lack of systematic and comprehensive description and there is no consensus on the operation plan and timing.Therefore,in the future,more systematic and in-depth research should be carried out on the mechanism of Hering′s phenomenon in the patients with congenital blepharoptosis and the effects of different surgical strategies.
