摘要
有限元分析是广泛用于工程科学技术领域的一种技术方法,同时也是解决相关复杂工程学问题的一项必备工具。因有限元分析对不规则物体的力学特点进行分析时表现出独特的优越性,因而被广泛用于骨骼领域,特别是在髋关节的生物力学研究中。髋关节置换手术是治疗髋关节疾病的一种重要方法,而髋关节置换成功与否不仅仅取决于外科手术是否能够顺利进行,还取决于假体设计,对假体进行合理设计对髋关节置换的远期效果有重要影响。在生物医学工程领域中使用有限元分析,使得人类的医疗技术革命迈出了里程碑式的一步。
Finite element analysis is a technical method widely used in the field of engineering science and technology,and it is also a necessary tool to solve related complex engineering problems.Because the finite element analysis shows unique advantages in analyzing the mechanical characteristics of irregular objects,it is widely used in the field of bone,especially in the biomechanical research of hip joint.Hip replacement is an important method for the treatment of hip disease,and the success of hip replacement depends not only on the smooth progress of surgery,but also on the design of the prosthesis.The reasonable design of the prosthesis has a great influence on the long-term effect of hip arthroplasty.The use of finite element analysis in the field of biomedical engineering has made the revolution of human medical technology a milestone.
