摘要
高压共轨技术不仅可提升直喷柴油机动力性和燃油经济性,同时改善了排放性能。这要求共轨喷油器具有高速响应的特征,而其高速响应特性是通过电磁阀的特殊设计来实现的。一种高压共轨柴发动机喷油器驱动电路的组成包括雷电防护电路、高频滤波电路、高边驱动电路,低边驱动电路,电流采集反馈电路。喷油器控制是高压共轨柴油发动机管理系统的核心部分,喷油器的打开和关闭的响应速度直接决定了喷油的精度。
High pressure common rail technology can not only improve the power and fuel economy of direct injection diesel,but also improve the emission performance.This requires the common rail injector to have the characteristics of high-speed response,which is realized by the special design of solenoid valve.The utility model relates to a high-voltage common rail diesel engine fuel injector driving circuit,which comprises a lightning protection circuit,a high-frequency filter circuit,a high side driving circuit,a low side driving circuit and a current acquisition feedback circuit.Fuel injector control is the core part of high pressure common rail diesel engine management system.The response speed of fuel injector opening and closing directly determines the accuracy of fuel injection.
