摘要
通过对新HXD1型电力机车原司机室钢结构防撞墙、角柱以及侧壁防撞结构工况的计算,找到超出许用应力的区域,并对该区域进行结构优化,进一步验证优化结构的合理性,使其符合TJ/JW 102—2017标准要求,为后续车型全面实施提供重要经验。
By calculating the working conditions of the steel structure anti-collision wall,corner column and side wall of the original cab of the new HXD1 electric locomotive,find the area where the allowable stress is exceeded,and optimize the structure,further verification of the rationality of the optimized structure,make it meet the requirements of TJ/JW 102-2017 standard,provide important experience for the full implementation of subsequent models.
