汽车铝合金泵体端面铣削优化分析

摘要 铝合金泵体是汽车零部件中十分重要的一个部分,由于其结构较为复杂、加工精度要求高、产量大,给切削加工带来了较大的难度。当下在运用专用机床进行铝合金泵体端面铣削加工时,存在修光刀片产生积屑瘤、表面存在划痕两方面问题,为此,文章通过试验方式,改变修光刀片前角与后角、调整精铣刀盘与工件进给方向角度来进行优化,最终确定修光刀片前角角度为30°,铣刀盘主轴与泵体进给方向角度为89.48°,能够得到理想的加工效果。 Aluminum alloy pump body is a very important part of auto parts.Due to its complex structure,high machining accuracy requirements and large output,it brings great difficulty to cutting.When using a special machine tool for face milling of the aluminum alloy pump body,there are two problems of built-up edge and scratches on the surface of the wiper blade.For this reason,this paper changes the front angle and rear angle of the wiper blade through the test method.Adjust the angle of the fine milling cutter head and the feed direction of the workpiece for optimization,and finally determine that the rake angle of the wiper blade is 30°,and the angle of the milling cutter head spindle and the feed direction of the pump body is 89.48°,which can obtain the ideal processing effect.
