摘要
如今世界科学技术变化迅速,各国工业不断发展,纷纷提出进一步工业化的目标,美国提出再工业化-互联网企业,德国提出保持工业领先地位-工业4.0,中国也提出了发展高端技术,产业升级-制造2025,而这些也推动着汽车产业的进步和革新。在汽车安全中,制动系统的设计尤为重要,而传统制动系统设计受限于结构及其原理,这就急需新的制动系统进行替代从而进一步提高制动性能。电控技术的飞速发展正是契机,使得汽车的各种智能制动控制功能集成更容易,从而产生了电子液压制动系统,为传统制动系统的性能不足和结构优化提供了很好的解决方案。
Nowadays,the world is changing rapidly in science and technology,and the industries of various countries are developing continuously and have put forward the goal of further industrialization.The United States has proposed re-industrialization-Internet enterprise,Germany has proposed to maintain industrial leadership-Industry 4.0,and China has also proposed to develop high-end technology and industrial upgrading-Manufacturing 2025,and these also promote the progress and innovation of the automotive industry.In automotive safety,the design of the braking system is particularly important,and the traditional braking system design is limited by the structure and its principle,which urgently needs a new braking system to replace and further improve the braking performance.The rapid development of electronic control technology is the opportunity to make the integration of various intelligent braking control functions easier,resulting in an electro-hydraulic braking system,which provides a good solution to the performance deficiencies and structural optimization of the traditional braking system.
