With the application and popularity of mobile communication technology and mobile social tools,mobile community has attracted more and more attention.As the era of mobile community is coming,public libraries should follow this trend.With a combination of mobile community and public library reading promotion service,the paper discusses the logic of public library“mobile community+”reading promotion from different perspectives,and then probes into the construction and implementation conditions of the new mode of the mobile community reading promotion of public library,to explore a new way of reading promotion under the general trend of mobile community.
