“一带一路”沿线国家科学合作的影响因素及空间溢出效应研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的/意义]探究影响沿线国家参与“一带一路”科学合作的因素及其空间溢出效应,以期为国家能力提升方向、国际合作政策的制定、“一带一路”协同发展提供理论依据。[方法/过程]以“一带一路”沿线63个国家为研究对象,用论文合著衡量科学合作,运用空间计量学方法模型进行实证分析。[结果/结论]“一带一路”沿线国家的科学合作具有空间相关性,且存在正向空间溢出效应;国家的科研能力、政治稳定性与专业化学科数是影响国家参与“一带一路”科学合作的重要因素,且各指标的提高对合作起到正向推动作用;国家科研能力提升对周围国家参与科学合作起到不可忽视的正向溢出作用。 [Purpose/significance]The paper is to explore the factors influencing the participation of countries along“the Belt and Road”in scientific cooperation and their spatial spillover effects,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the direction of national capacity improvement,the formulation of international cooperation policies,and the coordinated development of“the Belt and Road”.[Method/process]The paper takes 63 countries along“the Belt and Road”as research objects,measures scientific cooperation by paper co-authorship and makes an empirical analysis by using spatial econometric model.[Result/conclusion]The scientific cooperation among countries along“the Belt and Road”has spatial correlation and positive spatial spillover effect.National scientific research capacity,political stability and the number of specialized subjects are the important factors affecting the country’s participation in scientific cooperation along“the Belt and Road”,and the improvement of each index plays a positive role in promoting the cooperation.The enhancement of national scientific research capacity plays a positive spillover effect on the participation of surrounding countries in scientific cooperation.
