摘要
[目的/意义]旨在研究科技信息服务质量提升路径,提高科技信息服务水平和推动科技创新发展。[方法/过程]通过梳理相关文献提出科技信息服务质量提升理论模型及相关假设,构建了科技信息服务质量提升结构模型,并进行了实证研究。[结果/结论]科技信息、科技信息主体和科技信息服务环境对科技信息服务质量均存在显著正向影响。在此基础上,提出提升科技信息服务质量的现实路径。
[Purpose/significance]The paper aims to study improvement path of science and technology information service quality,and improve science and technology information service level and promote science and technology innovation development.[Method/process]By combing relevant literature,the paper puts forward theoretical model and relevant assumption of science and technology information service quality improvement,constructs structural model of science and technology information service quality improvement and carries out an empirical study.[Result/conclusion]Science and technology information,science and technology information subject and science and technology information service environment have significant positive effects on science and technology information service quality.On this basis,the realistic path to improve science and technology information service quality is proposed.
