卓越行动计划引领下工程技术类中文科技期刊低关注度论文分析及对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasures of Low Attention Papers in Chinese Sci-tech Journals of Engineering Technology under Excellence Action Plan of China STM Journals

[目的/意义]旨在为国内工程技术类期刊选题策划、组约稿件、提升学术影响力提供参考。[方法/过程]以入选中国科技期刊卓越行动计划的14种工程技术类期刊作为研究对象,对其2015年发表的低关注度论文的主要信息进行统计分析。[结果/结论]低关注度论文的数量和被关注频次跟刊物是否被知名数据库收录以及发文量相关性不大,低关注度率与期刊的影响因子基本上呈负相关。低关注度论文的关键词数量偏少,不能准确表达文献的主要内容。摘要的篇幅太短,构成要素部分缺失,研究内容没有反映学科的热点问题。期刊作者要重视摘要和关键词的写作,紧密围绕热点学科开展研究。期刊编辑部要密切对接重点工程、重大项目、科研团队,关注科研成果。工程技术期刊要主动出击组稿约稿,大力吸收优质稿源,提高论文的关注度,提升期刊的学术质量和影响力。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide a reference for engineering journals in China to plan topics,organize manuscripts and enhance academic influence. [Method/process] The paper takes 14 engineering and technical journals selected by the Excellent Action Plan of Chinese scientific and technological journals as the research object,statistically analyzes the main information of their low attention papers published in 2015. [Result/conclusion] The number of low attention papers and attention frequency has little correlation with famous database collection and publication quantity. The low attention rate is negatively correlated with the journal’s impact factor. The key words of low attention papers are too small to accurately express the main content of the literature. The abstract is too short and lack of components,the content of the paper does not reflect the hot issues of the subject. Journal authors should pay attention to the writing of abstracts and keywords and carry out research closely around hot subjects. Journal editorial department should closely connect with key and major projects,research team and focus on scientific research achievements. Engineering and technical journals should take the initiative to organize the manuscripts,vigorously absorb high-quality manuscript sources,improve the attention of papers,and improve the academic quality and influence of journals.
