建筑装修垃圾资源化利用现状研究

A Research on the Status Quo of Resourceful Utilisation of Construction and Decoration Wastes

分析了国内建筑装修垃圾资源化利用相关政策法规及行业技术现状,指出建筑装修垃圾资源化利用是解决建筑装修垃圾污染及处置难题的有效途径。我国建筑装修垃圾资源化利用市场空间巨大,建议完善相关法律法规及配套政策,完善统一再生品标准,开发适合我国的资源化利用装备及工艺,提高资源化利用水平。

The policies and regulations related to domestic resourceful utilisation of construction and decoration wastes,as well as the industrial technical status were analysed.It has indicated that the resourceful utilisation of construction and decoration wastes could be an effective way to tackle the challenge in pollution and disposal of construction and decoration wastes.As there is a huge market space in the resourceful utilisation of construction and decoration wastes,it is therefore suggested to improve the related laws and regulations as well as supporting policies,to complete the standards for unified recycled products,to develop facilities and processes for the resourceful utilisation which are adaptable in China,and then to advance the resourceful utilisation level.
