王行宽运用圣愈联珠汤辨治风湿性心脏病经验

WANG Xingkuan’s Experience in Treating Rheumatic Heart Disease with Shengyu Lianzhu Decoction(圣愈联珠汤)

总结王行宽教授运用圣愈联珠汤辨治风湿性心脏病的临证经验。认为本病的发生发展与感受风寒湿热之邪、心之气营亏虚以及痰饮、瘀血、水饮阻滞等因素相关,治疗侧重“损其心者,调其营卫”。临证除运用祛风散寒、化湿清热等基本治法外,还兼顾调营和卫、补气养血或利水化痰、活血祛瘀之法,并列举运用圣愈联珠汤治疗风湿性心脏病案例,为本病的治疗提供临床思路。

This paper summarized the clinical experience of WANG Xingkuan in the treatment of rheumatic heart disease with Shengyu Lianzhu Decoction(圣愈联珠汤).It is believed that the occurrence and development of rheumatic heart disease is related to the invasion of the pathogenic wind-cold and dampness-heat,deficiency of qi and yin of the heart,and blockage of phlegm rheum,blood stasis,and water rheum.Therefore,the treatment principle of“regulating ying-wei when the heart is impaired”should be followed.Besides the methods of dispelling wind and dissipating cold,removing dampness and clearing heat,it is also suggested to regulate ying and harmonize wei,supplement qi and nourish the blood,or promote urination and dissolve phlegm,invigorate blood and dispel stasis.A rheumatic heart disease case treated by Shengyu Lianzhu Decoction was introduced to provide reference for clinical practice.
