摘要 我国是世界上重要的家禽养殖大国,国家统计局的数据统计结果显示,2021年家禽养殖呈扩大趋势,家禽养殖业迅速发展,主要畜产品的产量持续稳居世界第一。为提高肉鸡对饲粮营养的消化吸收效率,提高肉鸡生产性能且促进相关产业的发展,应采用合适、准确的能量体系。目前,家禽饲粮配方的设计时,多采用代谢能体系,而净能体系因可更加真实的反映动物维持能量需要及生产能量需要,具有一定的应用价值,值得进行推广和应用。该文主要论述家禽能量代谢研究进展。 China is an important poultry breeding country in the world.The statistics from the National Bureau of Statistics of the People’s Republic of China show that the poultry breeding in 2021 is expanding,the poultry breeding industry is developing rapidly,and the output of the main livestock products continues to rank first in the world.In order to improve the efficiency of digestion and absorption of feed nutrition,improve the production performance of broilers and promote the development of related industries,appropriate and accurate energy system should be adopted.At present,the metabolizable energy system is often used in the design of poultry feed formula,but the net energy system is worth popularizing because it can more truly reflect the energy requirement of animals and production.This paper mainly discusses the research progress of energy metabolism in poultry.
