鸡大肠杆菌病的发病率为细菌性疾病的首位,尤其规模化养鸡场的发病率较高。大肠杆菌的血清型复杂,不同地区甚至同一地区的血清型也不相同,大肠杆菌又很容易产生耐药性,耐药菌株随着养殖业的发展不断出现,给疾病防控带来很大的困难,也威胁养鸡业的发展。该文根据定西市安定区鸡大肠杆菌病发病情况的调查,详细分析其流行特点、临床症状及剖检变化,并探讨防控措施。

The incidence of colibacillosis in chickens is the first of the bacterial diseases,especially in large-scale chicken farms.The serotypes of E.Coli are complex,the serotypes of E.coli are different in different areas or even in the same area,and E.coli is prone to develop drug resistance.The emergence of drug-resistant strains with the development of the breeding industry has brought great difficulties to disease prevention and control,it also threatens the development of the chicken industry.Based on the investigation of the incidence of colibacillosis in anding district of Dingxi,the epidemiological characteristics,clinical symptoms and examination changes of colibacillosis were analyzed in detail,and preventive and control measures were discussed.
