猪蓝耳病是由繁殖与呼吸障碍综合症病毒感染引发的一种病毒性传染性疾病,经常造成繁殖母猪出现繁殖障碍,哺乳仔猪出现呼吸道症状,同时该种疾病也是一种典型的免疫抑制性疾病,侵入机体后会引发免疫器官出现不同程度的免疫障碍,多种疫苗的免疫接种效果下降,存在不同程度的免疫空白,从而给各种病源的传播流行提供条件。猪衣原体病是造成繁殖母猪、种公猪出现严重繁殖障碍的一种传染性疾病,2种疾病相互叠加,由于症状不明确,很容易误诊,兽医人员在进行疾病诊治过程中往往只诊断一种,忽视了另一种的防控,造成防治方案缺乏针对性,导致防治失败。该文结合实际病例探讨了猪蓝耳病与衣原体病混合感染的诊断与防治过程,希望对广大同行有所帮助。

Porcine PRRS is a viral infectious disease caused by reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus infection,which often causes reproductive disorders in breeding sows and respiratory symptoms in suckling piglets.At the same time,the disease is also a typical immune Sexual diseases,after invading the body,will cause different degrees of immune disorders in the immune organs,the immunization effect of various vaccines will decline,and there will be different degrees of immune blanks,thus providing conditions for the spread of various pathogens.Porcine PRRS is often co-infected with other pathogens and complicated with clinical symptoms,which brings difficulties to the diagnosis of the disease.Porcine chlamydia is also an infectious disease that causes serious reproductive disorders in breeding sows and boars.The above two diseases are superimposed on each other.Because the symptoms are not very clear,it is easy to be misdiagnosed.Veterinarians often only Diagnosing one,ignoring the prevention and control of the other,resulting in a lack of targeted prevention and control programs,resulting in prevention and control failure.In this study,the diagnosis and prevention process of mixed infection of porcine PRRS and chlamydia were discussed in combination with actual cases.
