充分落实动物疫病检疫,能有效提升畜禽养殖效益,提高肉类产品质量安全。作为检疫工作中的核心环节,产地检疫具有极大作用,需探究相应的检疫程序,并通过实现多部门协调、落实检疫措施、提升检疫人员素质、设置严格的追溯制度等环节完善检疫工作。该文主要论述动物疫病防控中产地检疫工作的意义及检疫程序,并提出产地检疫工作措施。

Full Implementation of Animal Disease Quarantine,can effectively enhance the efficiency of livestock and poultry breeding,improve the quality and safety of meat products.As the core link in the quarantine work,the quarantine of origin plays an important role in grasping the first pass of food safety,and we need to explore the corresponding quarantine procedures on the basis of mastering the significance of its development,and through multi-departmental coordination,implementation of quarantine measures,improve the quality of quarantine personnel,set up a strict traceability system and other links to improve quarantine work.This paper mainly discusses the significance and procedure of the quarantine work in the place of origin in the prevention and control of animal epidemic disease,and puts forward the measures of the quarantine work in the place of origin.
