基于投入—产出维度的中山市生物医药产业竞争力评估及提升策略研究 被引量:3

Research on competitiveness evaluation and promotion strategy of biomedical industry in Zhongshan based on input-output dimension

摘要 目的 分析中山市生物医药产业投入产出水平,提出针对性提升策略。方法 通过从中山市统计局、国家药监局平台与国家上市药品专利登记平台等官方渠道获取相关数据;基于投入-产出视角,采用灰色综合关联模型与DEA数据包络模型对中山市生物医药产业进行了产业相关指标的评估分析,深入剖析投入-产出效益、指标关联度结果意义与产业概况。结果及结论 投入维度下,中山市生物医药产业存在高技术专业人才优势不明显,医药行业高职称人才配置不合理;与生物医药头部城市创新能力差距明显;产出维度下,中山市生物医药产业效益增速可观,而关乎产业效益的多项指标关联度不同程度下滑,产业发展将走向多元;产业规模效益形成过程中存在效益弱化、资本流失的现象。基于此,文章提出相应的提升策略。 Objective To analyze the input-output level of biomedical industry in Zhongshan city, and put forward targeted promotion strategies. Methods Relevant data were obtained through official channels such as Zhongshan Bureau of statistics, the platform of the State Food and Drug Administration and the national listed drug patent registration platform. Based on the input-output perspective, the grey comprehensive correlation model and DEA data envelopment model were used to evaluate and analyze the industrial related indicators of Zhongshan biomedical industry, and explore the input-output benefits, the significance of index correlation degree and the general situation of the industry. Results and Conclusion Under the input dimension, the advantages of high-tech professionals in Zhongshan biomedical industry are not obvious, and the allocation of talents with high professional titles in the pharmaceutical industry is unreasonable. There is an obvious gap in innovation ability compared with the leading city of biomedicine. Under the output dimension, the benefit growth rate of Zhongshan biomedical industry is considerable, while the correlation degree of multiple indicators related to industrial benefits declines by varying degrees, and the industrial development will be diversified. In the process of forming industrial scale benefits, there are phenomena of benefit weakening and capital loss. Based on this, this paper puts forward the corresponding promotion strategies.
