摘要
目的 优选麻芍平肝颗粒的提取工艺。方法 以天麻素、芍药苷质量分数和干膏得率为评价指标,采用G1-熵权法结合正交试验,对影响提取效率的提取次数、提取时间、加水倍量3个因素进行考察,优化提取工艺。结果 优化的提取工艺为:全方加水提取3次,每次加10倍量水,提取1 h/次,验证试验综合评分平均值为99.93(RSD=1.24%),与正交试验综合评分最大值(99.86)相对误差为1.25%,表明优选的提取工艺条件稳定可行。结论 优选的提取工艺合理、可行,为麻芍平肝颗粒的生产及进一步开发提供了关键参数。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Mashao Pinggan granules. Methods Taking gastrodin content, paeoniflorin content and dry extract yield as evaluation indicators, the G1-entropy weight method combined with the orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the three factors which were the extraction times, the extraction time and the amount of water added, and the extraction process was optimized.Results The optimized extraction process was as follows: extract the whole recipe for 3 times, add 10 times the amount of water each time, and extract for 1 h each time. The average comprehensive score of the verification test was 99.93(RSD=1.24%), and the relative error with the maximum comprehensive score of the orthogonal test(99.86) was 1.25%, indicating that the optimal extraction process conditions were stable and feasible. Conclusion The optimized extraction process is reasonable and feasible, which can provide key parameters for the production and further development of Mashao Pinggan granules.
