金枪鱼罐头盒的叠罐装置设计

摘要 金枪鱼罐头盒完成取料、冲压、检测之后。罐头盒进行叠罐时,需要将水平放置的罐头盒摆放成竖直放置,以便于叠罐。文中以长度约为110 mm,宽度约为66 mm,高度约为29 mm的金枪鱼罐头盒为例,设计一套机械装置用来叠罐。该装置主要由分离机构、推盒机构、整列机构、传送机构、固定装置、光电传感器、导轨和气缸等组成。依据罐头盒和圆柱磁铁的摩擦力测试实验,得出罐头盒与圆柱磁铁的摩擦力和罐头盒数量的函数关系,根据M形机构的转动需求和气缸的长度,确定摇杆的长度X=28.6 mm。该装置基本实现了自动化控制,降低了员工的工作量,提升公司的生产效率,降低用人成本,满足了企业的需求。 After the tuna cans are reclaimed,punched,and tested,the cans are stacked,and the horizontally placed cans need to be placed vertically to facilitate stacking.This paper takes a tuna can with a length of about 110 mm,a width of about 66 mm and a height of about 29 mm as an example to design a mechanical device for stacking cans.The device is mainly composed of a separation mechanism,a push box mechanism,an alignment mechanism,a transmission mechanism,a fixing device,a photoelectric sensor,a guide rail and a cylinder.According to the friction test experiment of cans and cylindrical magnets,the functional relationship between the friction between cans and cylindrical magnets and the number of cans is obtained.According to the rotation requirements of the M-type mechanism and the length of the cylinder,the length X of the rocker is determined to be 28.6 mm.The device basically realizes automatic control,reduces the workload of employees,improves the company's production efficiency,reduces labor costs,and actually meets the needs of enterprises.
