摘要
采用非线性有限元法对含长矩形腐蚀缺陷管道的失效压力进行计算分析。对比了不同分析位置的选择对管道计算失效压力的影响,结果表明,选取缺陷中间位置作为管道失效压力计算分析点的方案更优,分析结果得到管道实物爆破失效实验数据的验证。计算了以工程抗拉强度确定的长矩形缺陷管道的失效压力,得到计算失效压力与实测失效压力之间的拟合关系式,用以在缺少真实抗拉强度情况下修正管道的计算失效压力,结果表明修正后的误差显著减小。
Nonlinear finite element analyses are used to calculate the failure pressure of pipelines with long rectangular corrosion defects.The effects of different analysis locations on the calculated failure pressure of pipeline are compared,and the results show that the scheme of selecting the middle position of defect as the calculation and analysis point of pipeline failure pressure is better.The analysis results are verified by the burst experimental data of pipeline.The failure pressures of pipelines with long rectangular defects determined by engineering tensile strength are also calculated,and the fitting formula between calculated failure pressures and measured failure pressures is obtained.The calculated failure pressure of pipeline can be corrected in the absence of real tensile strength.The results show that deviation is significantly reduced after correction.
