摘要
为了防止开放式桌面型FDM 3D打印过程中产生的有害气体对空气环境和操作者带来健康危害,设计了一种3D打印有害气体的处理装置。实验结果表明,该装置能够有效降低苯乙烯浓度,有效处理打印过程中产生的有害气体,具有较强的适用性和经济型,对于已有的3D打印机只需直接加装该装置便可以实现绿色环保打印,也为已有裸露FDM 3D打印机打印产生的有毒气体的处理提供了一种经济有效的处理方法。
In order to prevent the harmful gas produced in the process of open desktop FDM 3D printing from causing health hazard to the air environment and operators,a 3D printing harmful gas treatment device is designed.The experimental results show that the device can effectively reduce the concentration of styrene,effectively deal with the harmful gas produced in the printing process,and has strong applicability and economy,for the existing 3D printers,the device can be installed directly to achieve green printing,and it also provides an economical and effective method to deal with the harmful gas produced by the existing naked FDM 3d printer.
