摘要
航空发动机有着多种薄壁传动轴用于零部件的传动联接,这类零件属于薄壁筒体类零件,不仅壁厚薄,一般壁厚不超过5 mm,外圆及内孔尺寸及技术条件精度通常为5、6级,还带有精度高的内花键,一般为6H。薄壁筒体零件刚度差,在加工中容易变形的问题,使得加工零件的质量难以得到保证。文中对薄壁筒体零件变形原因进行分析给出应对措施,以多功能轴为例,制定了具体控制变形的措施,对控制薄壁筒体类零件变形,保证加工质量具有较好的效果,可作为此类零件加工的参考。
Aero-engines have a variety of thin-walled transmission shafts for the transmission connection of components.Such parts belong to thin-walled cylindrical parts,not only the wall thickness is thin,but generally the wall thickness does not exceed 5 mm.The accuracy of the outer circle and inner hole size and technical conditions is usually the 5th and 6th class,and the internal spline with 6H accuracy.Thin-walled cylindrical parts have poor rigidity and are easily deformed during processing,making it difficult to guarantee the quality of processed parts.This paper analyzes the reasons for the deformation of thin-walled cylindrical parts,and gives countermeasures.Taking the multi-function shaft as an example,specific measures to control deformation are formulated.It has a good effect on controlling the deformation of thin-walled cylindrical parts and ensuring the processing quality,and can be used as a reference for the processing of such parts.
