浮动刮油在抽油机减速器中的应用

目前,国内油井大部分已进入中后期,抽油机开采时需要长冲程、低冲次才能有效地抽到原油,要求配套的抽油机减速器输出轴转速为2~3 r/min,这给减速器的润滑造成了一定的影响。传统的刮油器只能满足中间级和低速级轴承的润滑,且受转速、转向的影响。文中结合实际生产情况,给出了一种可浮动刮油的新型刮油装置,有效地解决了抽油机减速器在低转速下的润滑问题。

At present,most domestic oil wells have entered the mid-late period,pumping unit needs a long stroke and low stroke times to effectively extract crude oil.This requires that the output shaft of the matching reducer of pumping unit should be operated in 2-3 r/min.This has a certain influence on the lubrication of the reducer.The traditional oil scraper can only meet the lubrication of intermediate and low speed bearings,and is affected by the speed and steering.Based on the actual production,this paper presents a new type of floating oil scraper,which can effectively solve the lubrication problem of the pumping unit reducer at low speed.
