摘要
分析了张力机构中影响张力稳定性的因素,分析了各个因素之间的关系并给出通用公式,提出了能够施加稳定张力的机械结构及控制改进方案。该设计不但较好地提高了张力控制的稳定性,而且根据需要可选择调压阀量程内任意范围段作为张力调节值,有效避免了不合理的量程范围对张力稳定性的影响,同时为进一步深入研究张力的稳定控制做出了有益尝试。
The factors affecting the tension stability in the tension mechanism are analyzed,the relationship between each factor is analyzed,and a general formula is given.The mechanical structure and control improvement scheme that can apply stable tension are proposed.This design better improves the stability of tension control.According to needs,any range of the pressure regulating valve range can be selected as the tension adjustment value.The influence of unreasonable range on tension stability is effectively avoided,and a beneficial attempt is made for further research on tension stability control.
