摘要 核电站常规岛高压加热器危急疏水调节阀作为再热系统的重要阀门,是常规岛热力系统的关键设备之一。结合现役阀门出现的一些问题,通过阀芯部件、阀座结构优化设计,解决了阀门可靠性、阀体冲蚀等问题,提高机组运行安全性、经济性和可靠性。 As an important valve of reheat system,emergency drain control valve of high-pressure heater in nuclear power plant is one of the key equipment of thermal system of conventional island.Combined with some problems of existing valves,the design of valve core components and valve seat structure is optimized to solve the problems of valve reliability and valve body erosion.The safety,economy and reliability of unit operation are improved.
