摘要
对龙门结构五轴机床静刚度进行仿真和测试研究,找出其影响因素。经过研究发现,有限元分析计算的结果与测试结果有较好的对应;机床静刚度在垂直安装面方向刚度较大,与安装面切向方向的静刚度取决于接触面的接触度,进而影响加工的精度。因此,提高机床整体刚度十分必要,可以通过合理的结构设计、减小悬伸、提高接触面的接触度等方法提高机床的静刚度。
This paper simulates and tests the static stiffness of a five-axis machine tool with a gantry structure,and finds out its influencing factors.The research results show that the results of finite element analysis and calculation have a good correspondence with the test results.The static stiffness of the machine tool is larger in the direction perpendicular to the mounting surface,and the static stiffness in the tangential direction to the mounting surface depends on the contact degree of the contact surface,which affects the machining accuracy.Therefore,it is very necessary to improve the overall rigidity of the machine tool.The static rigidity of the machine tool can be improved by means of a reasonable design structure,reducing the overhang,and improving the contact degree of the contact surface.
