摘要
采用截面折算法建立了钢骨架聚乙烯塑料复合管环向压力的理论计算公式,采用分离嵌入式方法建立钢骨架聚乙烯塑料复合管的三维仿真模型,得到了钢骨架聚乙烯塑料复合管在内压下的应力应变情况。通过静液压管材爆破实验,验证了理论计算公式和仿真分析模型的可靠性,对钢骨架聚乙烯塑料复合管在工程上的设计应用具有重要的参考价值。
The theoretical calculation formula of the hoop pressure of the steel-framed polyethylene plastic composite pipe is established by the method of section reduction.The three-dimensional simulation model of the steel-framed polyethylene-plastic composite pipe is established by the separation and embedded method,and the stress-strain condition of the steel-framed polyethylene-plastic composite pipe under internal pressure is obtained.Through the hydrostatic pipe blasting experiment,the reliability of the theoretical calculation formula and the simulation analysis model is verified,which has important reference value for the design and application of the steel-framed polyethylene plastic composite pipe in engineering.
