摘要
在我国经济欠发达地区,进行“汽车发动机故障检修”实践教学时,实车故障设置和恢复费时费力费车;为解决此类问题,自行设计制作了汽车发动机故障快速设置与恢复设备。该设备在与车辆的接入、故障类型及设置形式、专用插座的制作等方面与老旧实训车进行了匹配性处理。教学实践表明,该设备简易,投入较少,能满足教学需求,降低了教学成本。
In the economically underdeveloped areas,when carrying out the practical teaching of"automobile engine troubleshooting",it is time-consuming and labor-intensive to set and restore the actual vehicle fault.In order to solve such problems,this paper designs and manufactures a rapid setting and recovery equipment for automobile engine failures.In terms of the connection between the equipment and the vehicle,the type of failure and the setting form,and the production of special sockets,it has been matched with the old training vehicle.Teaching practice shows that the equipment is simple and less investment,which can meet the teaching needs and reduce the teaching cost.
