黄芪多糖对急性放射性肠炎肠粘膜保护及SOD、CAT表达的作用 被引量:3

Effects of Astragalus Polysaccharide on Intestinal Mucosal Barrier, SOD and CAT in Acute Radiation Enteritis

摘要 目的探讨黄芪多糖对急性放射性肠炎肠粘膜保护及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)表达的作用。方法选取40只健康成年SD雄性大鼠,随机分为正常组(n=12只)与造模组(n=28只);造模成功后的26只大鼠按随机数字表法分为模型组与治疗组,各13只。正常组常规饲养,模型组生理盐水治疗,治疗组给予黄芪多糖治疗。比较治疗后三组大鼠肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)水平,核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)及SOD、CAT表达。结果模型组TNF-α、IL-6水平高于正常组(P<0.05),治疗组TNF-α、IL-6水平低于模型组(P<0.05)。模型组NF-κB含量高于正常组(P<0.05),治疗组NF-κB低于模型组(P<0.05)。模型组SOD、CAT活性水平低于正常组(P<0.05),治疗组SOD、CAT水平高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪多糖可有效减轻急性放射性肠炎组织内炎症反应,减少NF-κB表达,保护肠粘膜,且能促进SOD、CAT表达以提高机体氧化应激能力,推荐使用。 Objective To investigate the effects of astragalus polysaccharide on the protection of intestinal mucosa and the expression of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)in acute radiation enteritis.Methods Forty healthy adult male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group(n=12)and model(n=28);26 rats after successful model were divided into models according to the random number table method Group and treatment group, each with 13 rats.The normal group was fed routinely, the model group was treated with normal saline, and the treatment group was treated with astragalus polysaccharide.After treatment, the levels of tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6),nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),SOD and CAT expression were compared among the three groups.Results The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the model group were higher than those in the normal group(P<0.05),and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the treatment group were lower than those in the model group(P<0.05).The content of NF-κB in the model group was higher than that in the normal group(P<0.05),and the NF-κB content in the treatment group was lower than that in the model group(P<0.05).The activity levels of SOD and CAT in the model group were lower than those in the normal group(P<0.05),and the levels of SOD and CAT in the treatment group were higher than those in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Astragalus polysaccharide can effectively reduce the inflammatory response in acute radiation enteritis tissue, reduce the expression of NF-κB,protect the intestinal mucosa, and can promote the expression of SOD and CAT to improve the body′s oxidative stress ability.It is recommended.
