立体定向颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血患者的效果及对手术指标、神经功能及炎症指标的影响

The effect of stereotactic intracranial hematoma removal in the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and its influence on surgical indicators,nerve function and inflammation indicators

目的探讨立体定向颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血患者的效果。方法选取我科97例高血压脑出血患者随机分组,对照组48例予微创钻孔引流术治疗,观察组49例予立体定向颅内血肿清除术,对比手术效果。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组,手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、NIHSS评分、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP及IL-10水平低于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05);结论立体定向颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血患者可以改善患者手术指标、神经功能及炎症指标水平,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of stereotactic intracranial hematoma removal in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.To explore the effect of stereotactic intracranial hematoma removal in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 97 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our department were randomly assigned,48 patients in the control group were treated with minimally invasive borehole drainage,and 49 patients in the observation group were treated with stereotactic intracranial hematoma removal,and the surgical results were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The levels of operation time,hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss,NIHSS score,TNF-,IL-6,HS-CRP and IL-10 were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Stereotactic intracranial hematoma removal is safe in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and can improve the level of surgical indicators,neurological function and inflammatory indicators.
