摘要
目的探讨PET/CT肺癌病灶参数与血清CEA、CYFRA21-1的相关关系。方法回顾性选取我院2019年1月-2020年6月我院收治的151例肺癌患者。并根据病理结果分为腺癌组(n=50),小细胞癌组(n=51),鳞癌组(n=50)对三组患者均进行PET/CT检查,并对其检查参数与血清CEA、CYFRA21-1水平进行分析。结果腺癌组最大标准化摄取值显著高于鳞癌组和小细胞癌组;鳞癌组病灶糖醇解总量显著高于腺癌组和小细胞癌组,代谢体积和病灶直径低于腺癌组和小细胞癌组(P<0.05);腺癌组CEA显著高于鳞癌组和小细胞癌组;鳞癌组病CYFRA21-1显著高于腺癌组和小细胞癌组(P<0.05);CEA与病灶直径呈正相关性,CCYFRA21-1与最大标准化摄取值、病灶糖醇解总量、代谢体积呈正相关。结论PET/CT肺癌病灶参数与血清CEA、CYFRA21-1具有相关性,最大标准化摄取值和病灶糖醇解总量在腺癌患者中较高,鳞癌患者的肿瘤直径和代谢体积较低。
Objective To investigate the correlation between tumor parameters of PET/CT and serum CEA,CYFRA21-1.Methods A total of 151 lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled.According to the pathological results, they were divided into adenocarcinoma group(n=50),small cell carcinoma group(n=51),squamous cell carcinoma group(n=50)for PET/CT examinations.The examination parameters and Serum CEA and CYFRA21-1 levels were analyzed.Results The maximum standardized uptake value of the adenocarcinoma group was significantly higher than that of the squamous cell carcinoma group and the small cell carcinoma group.The total amount of lesion glycolysis in the squamous cell carcinoma group was significantly higher than that of the adenocarcinoma group and small cell carcinoma group, and the metabolic volume and lesion diameter were significantly lower than those of the adenocarcinoma group and small cell carcinoma group(P<0.05).The CEA of adenocarcinoma group was significantly higher than that of squamous cell carcinoma group and small cell carcinoma group.The CYFRA21-1 of squamous carcinoma group was significantly higher than that of adenocarcinoma group and small cell carcinoma group(P<0.05).CEA was positively correlated with the lesion diameter, and CCYFRA21-1 was positively correlated with the maximum standardized uptake value, the total amount of lesion glycolysis, and the metabolic volume.Conclusion The parameters of PET/CT lung cancer lesions are correlated with serum CEA and CYFRA21-1.The maximum standardized uptake value and the total amount of lesion glycolysis are higher in patients with adenocarcinoma, while the tumor diameter and metabolic volume of patients with squamous cell carcinoma are lower.
