经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗复杂性肾结石后对早期肾功能的影响

Effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy on early renal function after complex kidney stones treatment

目的 探讨经皮肾镜碎石取石术(PCNL)治疗复杂性肾结石后对早期肾功能的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年2月收入我院的复杂性肾结石患者78例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为研究组(40例)与对照组(38例),对照组采取开放性取石术,研究组采取PCNL。观察两组患者的早期肾功能情况和手术指标及恢复指标和结石清除率。结果 术后,两组患者肾功能指标均降低,且研究组更低(P<0.05)。研究组平均失血量、手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及住院费用均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组结石清除率92.50%高于对照组结石清除率73.68%(P<0.05)。结论 采取PCNL治疗复杂性肾结石可有效清除肾结石、改善肾功能水平,降低早期肾功能损伤,促进术后恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)on early renal function after complex kidney stonestreatment.Methods A total of 78 patients with complicated kidney stones admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into study group(40 cases)and control group(38 cases).The control group took open lithotripsy and the study group took PCNL.The early renal function, surgical indicators, recovery indicators and stone clearance rate of the two groups of patients were observed.Results After operation, the renal function indicators of the two groups of patients were reduced, and the study group was even lower(P<0.05).The average blood loss, operation time, time to off-bed activity, hospital stay, and hospitalization expenses were lower in study group than in control group(P<0.05).The stone clearance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(92.50% vs.73.68%,P<0.05).Conclusion PCNL for complex kidney stones can effectively remove kidney stones, improve the renal function, reduce renal damage, and promote postoperative recovery.
