基于护理伦理学为基础的渐进式多元化教学在心内科护生带教中应用研究

摘要 目的 探讨心内科护生带教中应用基于护理伦理学为基础的渐进式多元化教学的效果分析。方法 选取2018年4月2019年4月本院心内科实心学生38例,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,每组19例。对照组采用常规教学方法,实验组基于护理伦理学为基础的渐进式多元化教学,对比两组护生实习结束时对心内科护士核心胜任力评分及对带教老师各方面的满意度评分。结果 实验组专业素质、心理素质、自身能力及成就特征等评分优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组对带教教师业务水平、沟通能力、行为表率、带教能力及人文关怀等满意度评分显著优于对照组(P>0.05)。结论 在心内科护生带教中应用基于护理伦理学为基础的渐进式多元化教学取的显著教学成果,提高护生在心内的核心胜任能力,同时提高带教教师综合能力。纳入标准:选取护生实习期均在3个月内;均已优异成绩完成在校理论课程考核。 Objective To study the effect of nursing ethics based on nursing ethics.Methods 38 cases of solid students were randomly divided into control group and experimental group in April 2019,and 19 cases in each group were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.In the control group, the normal teaching method was adopted, and the experimental group was based on the nursing ethics.Results The scores of professional quality, psychological quality, self-ability and achievement characteristics of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction scores of the experimental group to the professional level, communication ability, behavior example rate, teaching ability and humanistic care of the teachers with teaching were significantly better than those of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The remarkable teaching results of gradual diversification teaching based on nursing ethics are applied in the teaching of nursing students in cardiology department to improve the core competence of nursing students in the heart and to improve the comprehensive ability of teachers with education at the same time.Inclusion criteria: the practice period of nursing students is within 3 months, and all of them have completed the examination of theoretical courses in school.
