综合高中在我国何以“水土不服”:功能嬗变、实然困境与对策 被引量:1

摘要 综合高中在我国的产生是作为一种应对中等职业教育招生数量严重下滑的策略,并经过多年的发展取得了一定的社会效应。但作为舶来品,我国综合高中在发展过程中仍然面临着一些实际问题,如“根基不稳”“运行不畅”“名不副实”“断章取义”等。而导致我国综合高中“水土不服”的主要影响因素表现为办学标准的不统一、学习内容的不够综合、教师数量与质量不能满足需求、发展目标未达成共识以及本土适切性考虑不够等方面。因此,建议从加强制度依据、完善课程体系、提升师资素质、借鉴国内外经验几个方面着手,提升综合高中的创新发展能力,增强其本土适应性,进一步丰富高中阶段教育的组织形式,为义务教育后学生提供更多自主选择的学习机会。 The emergence of comprehensive high school in China is as a strategy to deal with the serious decline in the number of secondary vocational education enrollment,and after years of development has achieved a certain social effect.However,as an imported product,China’s comprehensive high schools still face some practical problems in the development process,such as"unstable foundation","poor operation","false name","out of context"and so on.The main factors that lead to the"not acclimatized"of China’s comprehensive high schools are the disunity of school-running standards,the incomprehensive learning content,the quantity and quality of teacher cannot meet the needs,the consensus of development goals and the inadequate consideration of local suitability.Therefore,we suggest that from strengthening system basis,perfecting curriculum system,improving the teachers’quality and experiencing at home and abroad for reference,a few aspects,promoting the innovation and development of comprehensive high school ability,strengthening the local adaptability,further enriching the organization form of high school education,providing more choice for after compulsory education students learning opportunities.
