劳动与职业:儿童职业价值观的隐忧与解忧——基于网络文本分析的质性研究 被引量:3

Labor and Occupation:Hidden Worries and Relief of Children’s Professional Values:Qualitative Research Based on Web Text Analysis

摘要 养成以劳动观念为价值向度的职业价值观是职业启蒙教育与劳动教育的应然目的之一,也是普职衔接的衍生性要求之一,然而当前儿童的职业价值观却存在着异化的隐忧。文章采用以网络新闻为资料的质性文本分析法研究28个典型案例,发现典型的职业价值观异化主要表现在四个方面:在职业倾向方面,所期望的职业类型趋同,且驱动力消沉;在职业认知方面,思维偏差且自我中心;在职业过程方面,贪图逸乐,且期望不劳而获;在职业结果方面,追逐物质,且认为学习无用。为此,可通过构筑深刻化的自我概念、提振主体性的自我效能、依托课堂中的知识教育、开发校本化的体验课程、依靠示范性的重要他人、守望超越性的道德教育等措施加以引导。 Cultivating professional values with the concept of labor as the value dimension is not only one of the natural purposes of vocational enlightenment education and labor education,but also one of the derivative requirements of the connection between general and vocational education.However,there are hidden worries about the alienation of children’s professional values at present.This article uses the qualitative text analysis method based on network news to study28 typical cases,and finds that the alienation of typical professional values is mainly reflected in four aspects:in terms of professional tendency,the expected types of occupations converge and the driving force is depressed;In terms of professional cognition,thinking is biased and self-centered;In the professional process,he is greedy for pleasure and expects to get something for nothing;In terms of career outcomes,they pursue material and think that learning is useless.Therefore,it can be guided by building a profound self-concept,boosting subjective self-efficacy,relying on knowledge literacy in the classroom,developing school-based experience courses,relying on exemplary important others,watching and transcendent moral education and other measures.
