摘要
目的通过体外实验研究富血小板纤维蛋白对金黄色葡萄球菌-大肠杆菌混合菌的抑菌效果。方法采用牛津杯打孔法进行富血小板纤维蛋白体外抑菌实验,设置富血小板血浆凝胶和氨苄西林为阳性对照,灭菌纯水为阴性对照,最后测定抑菌圈的直径。结果富血小板纤维蛋白对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌形成的混合菌有较强的敏感性,在牛津杯打孔法实验中的抑菌圈直径为(19.00±0.61)mm,与富血小板血浆凝胶和氨苄西林相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论富血小板纤维蛋白对金黄色葡萄球菌-大肠杆菌混合菌具有良好的抑菌效果。
Objective To assess the antibacterial effect of platelet-rich fibrin(PRF)on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli mixed bacteria in vitro.Methods The antimicrobial activity of PRF was tested using Oxford cup method.PRF Gel and ampicillin were used as positive controls and sterile water was used as negative control.The diameter of the bacteriostatic zone was measured.Results The mixed bacteria formed by Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was more sensitive to PRF.The diameter of the inhibition zone using Oxford cup method was(19±0.61)mm.Compared to PRF Gel and ampicillin,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion PRF has a good antibacterial effect against mixed bacteria.
