可供性视角下出版人工智能:多重角色与平台架构 被引量:9

摘要 人工智能将出版推向了“人机协同”新阶段。文章基于生态心理学的可供性理论,考察出版人工智能的可供性以及其为知识的社会性生产与传播提供怎样的行动机会。首先,作为知识生产者的人工智能具有生产可供性,出版由此可以实现由智能机器与专业编辑协同生产、策划、编辑、生成、再造知识的全新层级。其次,作为匹配用户与知识中介者的人工智能具有连接可供性,进而推进用户与知识从泛连接到多维度联通的转变。再次,出版人工智能具有行动可供性,可以聚合内容资产在上下游的动态、自由、可追踪流动,带来存量内容资产的价值增值。基于以上分析,研究提出搭建传播前台、知识中台、数据后台为核心的出版人工智能系统,以此描绘“人机共融”的出版新景观。 Artificial intelligence has pushed publishing into a new stage of"human-machine collaboration".Based on the affordance theory,this paper examines the affordance of AI-publishing and the agency it provides for the social production and dissemination of knowledge.First,as a knowledge producer,artificial intelligence possesses producing affordance.Publishing has entered into a new level in which intelligent machines and professional editors cooperate to produce,plan,edit,generate and reproduce knowledge.Second,as the intermediary between users and knowledge,artificial intelligence has connecting affordance,thus transforming the connection between users and knowledge from general to multi-dimensional scope.Third,AI-publishing has action affordance,aggregating the dynamic,free and traceable flow of content assets expand upstream and downstream,thus adding value to the stock content assets.Based on the above analysis,the paper proposes to build an AI-publishing system with communication front desk,knowledge center and data background as the core,thus describing a new publishing landscape of"human-computer integration".
