摘要
甲氨蝶呤是关节病型银屑病的一线药物,但患者存在治疗敏感性和耐受度的差异,本文报道一例甲氨蝶呤低敏感性重症关节病型银屑病的治疗过程,起效剂量达40 mg qw,控制病情后加用TNF-α抑制剂维持并减量,随访36周报道其治疗情况。
Methotrexate is first-line drugs in patients with Psoriatic arthritis(PsA).However,the patients differ from treatment sensitivity and tolerance.Here we report a PsA patient with low sensitivity successfully treated with high dose methotrexate.The effective dose is up to 40 mg,once a week.After controlled the condition,TNF-αinhibitor was given additionally.The dose of MTX was gradually reduced to 20 mg once a week.We followed 36 weeks and the patient’s condition is stable with no joint pain.
