摘要 为有效减小汽车轮毂的质量,提高汽车燃油经济性,在保证汽车轮毂具有足够强度的前提下,选用密度低、抗冲击性好、抗压缩能力强、后续加工简单及可回收性高等优点的镁合金作为汽车轮毂的原材料.依据国家标准《乘用车轮辋规格系列》GB/T3487-2015建立汽车轮毂实体模型,并运用ANSYS软件对镁合金汽车轮毂进行静态结构分析及优化设计,结果显示,应力较大的部位主要集中于轮辐辐板区域;优化后螺栓孔处出现应力增大,但未超过极限强度,轮毂总体质量减少2.58%. On the premise of ensuring sufficient strength of automobile wheel hub, the fuel economy of automobile can be improved by reducing the quality of wheel hub, magnesium alloy with the advantages of low density, good impact resistance, strong compression resistance, simple follow-up processing and high recyclability was selected as the raw materials of automobile hub.The solid model of automobile wheel hub was established according to the GB/T3487-2015《passenger car tyres and rims》, and the static structure analysis and optimization design of magnesium alloy automobile hub were carried out by using ANSYS software. The results showed that the parts with large stress were mainly concentrated in the spoke area. After optimization, the stress at the bolt hole increased, but did not exceed the ultimate strength, and the overall mass of the hub decreased by 2.58%.
