摘要
本文在校企共同体背景下,针对双师教师队伍建设的意义,共同体与校企合作的概念界定,双师队伍建设存在的问题等方面,提出了“一核双元四轴”双师队伍培育机制,绘制了高职院校特点的双师教师核心画像,构建了行业特色的双师教师双元培养模式,以此实现双师教师培养的校企合作,打破高职院校独立培养师资的壁垒,明晰双师的培养目标和任务,找到培养的路径。
Under the background of school-enterprise community,a construction mechanism for dual-qualified teaching team,which is named as“One core,Dual subject and Four axes”,is proposed by studying the construction significance,definition of school-enterprise community and exiting problems of dual-qualified teaching team.This mechanism demonstrates the core features of dual-qualified teachers in vocational college and builds the“Dual subject”trainingmodel of dual-qualified teacherswith industry characteristics,which breaks the barrier of the independent training in vocational colleges,realizes the school-enterprise cooperation in training dual-qualified teachers,clarifies the training objectives and tasks and finds the training path.
