摘要
气管长段损伤或狭窄一直都是临床有待解决的棘手难题,当病变气管切除并行端-端吻合无法满足临床需求时,组织工程气管为气管替代治疗提供了新思路。支架为细胞的黏附、生长及细胞因子的作用发挥提供了保证,因而合适的气管支架是组织工程气管成功实施的关键,支架材料的选择也成为了重要部分。随着学科交叉理念的不断深入,生物材料不断被研究与应用。聚己内酯具有良好的溶解性、生物相容性、生物降解性和稳定的力学性能等特点,以其独有的优势在支架材料领域占有一席之地。本文就聚己内酯在组织工程气管支架中的应用与研究作一简要综述。
Long tracheal injury or stenosis has always been a difficult problem to be solved in surgical reconstruction.When the resections of the diseased tissue or stenosis and end-to-end anastomosis can not achieve the clinical curative effects,tissue-engineered trachea provides a new inspiration for tracheal replacement therapy.Scaffolds provide the guarantee for the adhesion and growth of cells and the role-play of cytokines.Therefore,appropriate tracheal scaffolds are the key to the successful implementation of tissue-engineered trachea,and the selection of scaffold materials has become the important part.With the deepening of the interdisciplinary concept,biomaterials have been continuously developed and applied.Among them,polycaprolactone occupies a place in the field of scaffold materials with its unique advantages,such as good solubility,biocompatibility,biodegradability and stable mechanical properties.This paper reviews the application and prospect of polycaprolactone in tissue-engineered tracheal scaffold.
