摘要
支架模拟挂篮技术在连续梁桥施工中得到了越来越为广泛的应用。依托于某连续梁桥施工项目,借鉴于从挂篮悬臂浇筑到支架模拟挂篮的施工工艺的改变,文章对于上部结构的节段划分和纵向预应力优化方案进行了对比分析,然后对于施工工序和施工注意事项进行了详细分析,相比挂篮悬臂浇筑方法,支架模拟挂篮在施工工期、安全、质量和成本方面均有较大的优势。文章系统分析了支架模拟挂篮方法在连续梁桥中的施工工艺和施工优势,对于支架模拟挂篮施工方法的推广应用起到一定的促进作用,对于未来类似项目的开展提供一定的工程借鉴与参考。
Support simulation hanging basket technology has been more and more widely used in continuous beam bridge construction.Based on a continuous beam bridge construction project,in view of the change of construction technology from cantilever casting of hanging basket to support simulation hanging basket,this paper makes a comparative analysis on the segment division of upper structure and the change scheme of longitudinal prestress,and then introduces the construction process and construction attention in detail.Compared with the cantilever casting method of hanging basket,the support simulation hanging basket has the advantages of construction period,safety,stability and so on It has great advantages in quality and cost.This paper systematically analyzes the construction technology and construction advantages of support simulation hanging basket method in continuous beam bridge,which plays a certain role in promoting the application of support simulation hanging basket construction method,and provides some engineering experience for similar projects in the future.
