坤泰胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇片治疗卵巢早衰的临床效果及对卵巢间质血流动力学指标、TGF-βRⅡ、VEGF水平的影响

Clinical effect of Kuntai capsule combined with estradiol valerate tablets in the treatment of premature ovarian failure and its influences on ovarian stromal hemodynamic indexes,TGF-βRⅡand VEGF levels

目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇片治疗卵巢早衰的临床效果及对卵巢间质血流动力学指标、转移生长因子β受体Ⅱ(TGF-βRⅡ)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。方法选择2017年5月至2020年6月收治的200例卵巢早衰患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组接受戊酸雌二醇片联合黄体酮胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用坤泰胶囊治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、卵巢激素水平、卵巢间质血流动力学指标、TGF-βRⅡ、VEGF水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.00%,显著高于对照组的81.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月,观察组的促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)水平低于对照组,雌二醇(E_(2))水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月,观察组的收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)大于对照组,搏动指数(PI)及阻力指数(RI)小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月,观察组的TGF-βRⅡ、VEGF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇片治疗卵巢早衰的效果满意,可改善卵巢间质血流动力学指标,也能调节TGF-βRⅡ与VEGF表达,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kuntai capsule combined with estradiol valerate tablets in the treatment of premature ovarian failure and its influences on ovarian stromal hemodynamic indexes,transforming growth factor-beta receptorⅡ(TGF-βRⅡ)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)levels.Methods A total of 200 patients with premature ovarian failure treated from May 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received estradiol valerate tablets combined with progesterone capsules,and the observation group was treated with Kuntai capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,ovarian hormones levels,ovarian stromal hemodynamic indexes,TGF-βRⅡand VEGF levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 81.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of estradiol(E_(2))was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,peak systolic velocity(PSV)in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,while pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of TGF-βRⅡand VEGF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuntai capsule combined with estradiol valerate tablets in the treatment of premature ovarian failure has satisfactory effect,which can improve ovarian stromal hemodynamic indexes and regulate the expression of TGF-βRⅡand VEGF,and is worthy of promotion.
