递进式目标护理用于经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术患者中的效果

Effect of progressive target nursing on patients undergoing transurethral resection of bladder tumor

目的探讨递进式目标护理用于经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术患者中的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月在我院进行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术的80例患者作为研究对象,按照不同护理干预措施将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用递进式目标护理。比较两组患者的疾病认知程度、膀胱痉挛程度及应激指标水平。结果干预后,两组患者的疾病相关知识、并发症情况、运动情况、治疗情况、心理情况评分均明显高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后轻度、重度膀胱痉挛占比明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的皮质醇、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素水平均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论递进式目标护理应用于经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术患者中能获得较好的效果,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of progressive target nursing on patients undergoing transurethral resection of bladder tumor.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing intervention measures,with 40 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group and progressive target nursing was used in the observation group.The disease cognition degree,bladder spasm degree and stress indexes levels of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of disease-related knowledge,complications,exercise,treatment and psychological status of the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The proportions of mild and severe bladder spasm in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of cortisol,epinephrine and norepinephrine in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Progressive target nursing can achieve good results in patients undergoing transurethral resection of bladder tumor,which is worthy of clinical application.
