强化健康教育在老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折护理中的应用及对患者术后并发症发生情况的影响

Application of reinforcement of health education in nursing of senile osteoporotic hip fracture and its influence on postoperative complications of patients

目的分析强化健康教育在老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折护理中的应用及对患者术后并发症发生情况的影响。方法将2016年1月至2021年1月本院收治的40例老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者随机分为对照组(n=20,常规护理)与研究组(n=20,常规护理+强化健康教育)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,研究组的Harris、健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP)与疾病知识掌握度评分高于对照组,去甲肾上腺素(NE)、皮质醇(Cor)及醛固酮(ALD)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的总依从率明显高于对照组,术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化健康教育用于老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折的护理效果理想,可改善患者的髋关节功能以及健康行为,减轻术后应激反应,减少并发症,提升依从性。

Objective To analyze the application of reinforcement of health education in nursing of senile osteoporotic hip fracture and its influence on postoperative complications of patients.Methods A total of 40 elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=20,routine nursing)and study group(n=20,routine nursing+reinforcement of health education).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Harris,health promoting lifestyle profile(HPLP)and disease knowledge mastery in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of norepinephrine(NE),cortisol(Cor)and aldosterone(ALD)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The reinforcement of health education applied in the nursing of senile osteoporotic hip fracture has a ideal effect.It can ameliorate the hip function and health behavior of patients,alleviate postoperative stress response,reduce complications,and improve compliance.
