家庭中心式护理模式对脑瘫患儿功能障碍程度及家长负担、心理状态、生活质量的影响

Influences of family-centered nursing model on the degree of dysfunction of children with cerebral palsy and burden,psychological state and quality of life of parents

目的探讨家庭中心式护理模式对脑瘫患儿功能障碍程度及家长负担、心理状态、生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年11月至2020年10月本院收治的76例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予家庭中心式护理模式。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组患儿的PALCI各项评分及总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患儿家长的Zarit照顾者负担量表(ZBI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患儿家长的躯体功能、心理功能、认知功能、社会功能、生活总质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭中心式护理模式可改善脑瘫患儿的功能障碍程度,减轻家长的负担,改善其心理状态,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the influences of family-centered nursing model on the degree of dysfunction of children with cerebral palsy and burden,psychological state and quality of life of parents.Methods A total of 76 children with cerebral palsy admitted in our hospital from November 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given family-centered nursing model.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the PALCI scores and total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Zarit caregiver burden interview(ZBI),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of parents in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function,psychological function,cognitive function,social function and total quality of life of parents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family-centered nursing model can ameliorate the degree of dysfunction of children with cerebral palsy,reduce the burden,ameliorate psychological state and improve quality of life of parents.
