摘要
以某房间空调器室外机单电机启动进行测试,研究室外机风叶型线、冷凝器管径、风叶直径和风叶位置对风量及噪声的影响。结果表明:在研究范围内,同转速下,与风叶A相比,风叶B室外机风量高172~261 m^(3)/h,噪声平均高2.0dB(A);与冷凝器管径为8 mm相比,管径为7 mm时室外机风量高100m^(3)/h左右,噪声平均高0.4dB(A);与采用小直径风叶相比,采用相同型线大直径风叶时室外机风量平均高164m^(3)/h,噪声平均高0.7dB(A);与原位置相比,风叶后移3mm,风量降低且噪声增加。
The outdoor unit of room air conditioner is tested with a single-motor start-up,and the effects of the fan blade profile,condenser tube diameter,fan blade diameter and fan blade position on the air volume and noise are studied.The results show that within the scope of this study,compared with the outdoor unit with blade A at the same speed,the air volume and noise of the outdoor unit with blade B is increased by 172-261 m^(3)/h and 2.0 dB(A)on average.Compared with the condenser using tube diameter of 8 mm,the air volume and the noise of outdoor unit using tube diameter of 7 mm can be increased by about 100 m^(3)/h and 0.4 dB(A)on average.Compared with the small diameter blade,the air volume and the noise of the outdoor unit using large diameter blade with the same profile are increased by 164 m^(3)/h and 0.7 dB(A)on average.Compared with original position of the fan blade,when the blade is shifted backword by 3 mm,the air volume is reduced,and the noise is increased.
