基于R600a/R290的碳氢混合制冷剂在冷柜中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用碳氢混合制冷剂R600a/R290进行试验研究,以冷柜为研究对象,对比分析了R600a/R290与R134a、R600a、R290在制冷循环中的特性,并对混合工质的不同质量配比进行了不同工况压力和压差的对比理论分析,结果表明,R600a/R290混合工质性能更优,可以作为新一代的冷柜用制冷剂。同时在冷柜上进行了试验测试。试验结果表明,R600a/R290混合制冷剂随着R290占比的增加,拉温深度逐渐降低;吸排气压力也逐渐变大,导致噪声变大,在实际应用中应根据需求选择合适配比的混合制冷剂。 The mixed hydrocarbon refrigerant R600 a/R290 was used for experimental research.Taking the refrigerator as the research object,the characteristics of R600 a/R290,R134 a,R600 a and R290 in the refrigeration cycle were compared and analyzed,and the comparative theoretical analysis of different mass ratio of the mixed refrigerant under different working conditions was carried out,and the results showed that,R600 a/R290 mixed working medium has better performance and can be used as a new generation refrigerant for refrigerators.At the same time,the test was carried out on the refrigerator.The test results show that the temperature depth of R600 a/R290 mixed refrigerant decreases with the increase of R290 ratio.The suction and exhaust pressure is also gradually increasing,resulting in greater noise.In practical application,the appropriate ratio of mixed refrigerant should be selected according to the demand.
